Cecilia's Hair Salon first opened its doors in Vallejo, CA in the summer of 1995. Since then, we have expanded our team, reach, and moved locations to beautiful American Canyon.

Our goal is to provide our clients with the best service in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere at the best prices. The owner, Cecilia Pacheco, has over 25 years of experience in cosmetology as both an instructor and stylist. We are devoted to giving our clients and their families the confidence and satisfaction of a remarkable haircare experience.
